Progressions toward the planche
Like many who engage in calisthenics. The full planche is one of my goal!

The entry level to the planche is the tucked planche which happens to also be my current level.
At my level, I should aim to straigthen my back, lean a bit more forward, and increase my hold time. This is all to progress toward the advandced tuck planche where I am suppose to open my hips while keeping my back straight and knees bend.
